  1. I find that this restaurant is always delicious, service is always wonderful, and the atmosphere is always warm. All around wonderful.

  2. This is most definitely a great spot for date night or friends to go. It is expensive but the food is really good. They have an extensive bar area. The restaurant itself is in fact very neat as it is a renovated ice house from back in the day. You will love the atmosphere there. My main complaint is that the salad comes with 1 kind of dressing already drenched on the lettuce. You get no choice of dressing and that really stinks. The ribs are delicious and is their cheese grits! I have been going here on a monthly basis and love it very much.

  3. We were staying in a local seaside hotel but wanted to eat away from the boardwalk hoping to get something reasonably priced and delicious; we were not disappointed. The Icehouse provided us with excellent fare and prompt, attentive service. The blackened tuna steak was fantastic and the portions generous. My husband loved the crabcakes and the accompanying house sauce. The atmosphere is laid-back, no pretentions, but very welcoming.
